Strategic Operations and Systems Manager

Jerry is the Strategic Operations and Systems Manager at Boston Medical Center’s Grayken Center for Addiction Training and Technical Assistance, where he supports the operational, financial, and systems infrastructure for multiple statewide addiction treatment and training initiatives, including the Stimulant Treatment and Recovery Team (START), Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT), and the Grayken Center for Addiction Training and Technical Assistance (TTA), as well as other related grant-funded programs. In this role, Jerry oversees program operations, grant and budget coordination, and the design, implementation, and maintenance of Contingency Management (CM) data systems used across multiple clinical and community-based sites. Jerry works closely with research finance, grants management, clinical leadership, and state partners such as the Massachusetts Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) and the Department of Public Health (DPH) to support program compliance, data integrity, and alignment with funding and reporting requirements. His work includes the development and oversight of web-based systems and reporting tools that support patient tracking, program evaluation, and multi-site coordination, as well as providing operational guidance to partner sites across the Commonwealth. Jerry earned his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS University).
